Complete Connections Therapy is a Burlington, ON manual therapy practice incorporating Athletic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Osteopathy. Other services include custom orthotics, compression socks, and nail/skin care of the foot provided by our Chiropodist.
Based in Burlington our goal is to help you live a fulfilled life that is pain free and optimal for exploring yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Antonietta is a Chiropodist registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. She completed her Honours of Kinesiology degree at York University and then earned her diploma in Massage Therapy from CCMH. Wanting to expand her knowledge she continued to earn her Advanced Graduate Diploma of Podiatric Medicine from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto. Since graduating in 2010, Antonietta has worked not only in private practice, but at the Michener Institute as clinical faculty in the Chiropody Teaching Clinic, as well as lead facilitating Continuing Education on the Management of Diabetes and the Lower Limb. She has worked on research projects with the Telewound Supercluster and given lectures on mechanics and footwear at York University to the Athletic Therapy students. A big focus of Antonietta’s practice if gait analysis and footwear matching for patients’ needs and activities. Antonietta uses her experience in assessment and treatment to provide care to a multitude of patient populations and conditions.

Kiera is a Registered Massage Therapist and current student at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. She aims to use her vast anatomy and physiology knowledge and growing manual therapy techniques to best address her client’s wellness goals.
Kiera employs critical thinking to determine the cause of injury or dysfunction in order to provide long-term relief. Using her assessment and manipulation skills with a combination of fascial, soft tissue and mobilization techniques, she aims to restore balance within the body, promote healing and provide therapeutic treatment.

Faisal Mahbouba, RMT

Faisal is a graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology and is a Registered Massage Therapist. He worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for 8 years before deciding to continue his studies in manual therapy. He has developed extensive experience training clients ranging from professional athletes, to general population including adults and children. His goal is to teach his clients how to tap into their potential to achieve optimal movement that lies within their own bodies.
Using a wide range of movement and strength testing, Faisal searches for the source of the problem rather than chasing the symptoms. His treatment approach utilizes a variety of fascial, soft tissue, and joint mobilization techniques as well as a personalized home exercise program to promote longer lasting changes and empower the client to participate in their own healing journey.

Dr. Lisa Knapper is a Naturopathic Doctor and Meditation teacher with over 14 years of clinical experience. Dedicated to guiding individuals of all backgrounds towards vibrant health and inner peace, she offers a holistic approach that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
Committed to facilitating lasting transformations, Dr. Lisa takes a deep dive into each person's unique story, integrating comprehensive consultations, lab testing, and a blend of traditional medicine and mindfulness techniques. Darren graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Science and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy. To compliment his athletic therapy training, he immediately enrolled in and completed his Massage Therapy Certificate followed by Osteopathic training at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
Darren enjoys working with all levels of athletes including elite national sports teams as they compete locally and internationally. Darren has had the privilege of travelling with the National Kickboxing, Rugby Canada, Softball Canada, and Waterski Canada.
To continue exploring complimentary treatments, Darren has taken courses in Frequency Specific Microcurrent and Reiki.
